Privacy Policy

We are committed to protect the privacy and security of the personal information that we collect about applicants for coverage, and our customers. This policy statement is supplied for the purpose of informing any person at doing business with our agency on how we collect, and safeguard that information. We treat personal information of our applicants and customers confidential. We do not provide information to anyone for the purpose of marketing to our customers. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our current or former applicants are customers to anyone except as permitted by law.

Disclosure With Consent: Any information that we collect from our applicants and customers are only shared with insurance underwriters in the course of their application process for securing insurance coverages. We do also share information to other related parties such as mortgage companies, banks that are directly related to the application and serving process. Any other information of this type is shared is at the direction of the applicant and customers, with their permission

Disclosure Without Consent: There are some disclosures of which we may share with the insurance company without the applicants were customers prior authorization. These types of disclosures are necessary to the process of underwriting such as driving records and prior claims information.

Security: We have established procedures to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to maintain the confidentiality of the nonpublic personal information of our applicants and customers. Appropriate measures are taken to ensure that access is available to only those individuals who need to know that information in order to secure the insurance products that we are underwriting.

The applicants and customers may request access to all personal information which has been collected. Telephone 919-878-9412 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If we are unable to supply information requested we will refer to the insurance company involved.
